Friday, February 16, 2001
Agricultural futures, currencies, interest rates and GSCI products close at noon. Agricultural options close at 12:02. Equity products will close at their regular time.

Monday, February 19, 2001
U.S. banks and CME will be closed in observance of President�s Day. The Singapore Exchange will be open.

A.   INTRA-DAY VARIATION AND PERFORMANCE BOND SCHEDULE
The Clearing House will not process Intra-Day or End-of-Day settlement cycles on Monday, February 19, 2001.

CME will not produce SPAN Files on Monday, February 19, 2001.

 

B.    MONEY CHANGER DEADLINES /RATES CME
MoneyChanger Service will be available until 11:54:59 a.m. on Friday, February 16, 2001. Any orders to buy or sell foreign currency entered after 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2001, and before 1:54:59 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2001, will be executed on Tuesday, February 20, 2001, at rates of 2:00pm. CME MoneyChanger service will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2001.

 

C.    MONEYCHANGER VALUE DATES
Due to the U.S. bank holiday effects on transaction processing, please note the following adjustments to the value dates for MoneyChanger transactions:

D.    DEPOSITS OF PERFORMANCE BOND COLLATERAL
CME settlement banks will not be open for business on Monday, February 19, 2001.

G.     INTEREST EARNING FACILITY (IEF)
Due to the U.S. bank holiday�s effect on transaction processing, please note the following adjustments to IEF processing schedules.

IEF settlement elections for Friday, February 16, intra-day cycle will be set to �zero� for all firms.

On Friday, February 16, firms must call the Clearing House by 10:00 a.m. for any deposits or redemptions of IEF.

No IEF purchases or redemptions will be allowed on Monday, February 19, 2001.

 

H.     MUTUAL OFFSET PROCESSING
CME will complete an AM MOS processing cycle on Monday, February 19, 2001. All inter-exchange allocations and acceptances must be completed by 8:00 a.m. There will be no PM MOS processing cycle on Monday, February 19, 2001. The Singapore Exchange will be open for trading on Monday, February 19, 2001.
